Similar to all our competitions this year numbers were solid.

28 teams of 4 bowlers entered, and the competition took place across Rock Bowling Club, Old Kilpatrick Bowling Club and Kilsyth Bowling Club. Once again the weather on the day was ideal for bowls.

The matches were played in the true spirit of bowls and the added fraternalism of Freemasonry. The eventual outcome was a win for a rink drawn from Lodge Saint Patrick, Old Kilpatrick, No. 1309 skipped by IPM Bro Richard Beattie who played at Kilsyth BC. The Cup will be presented at a regular meeting of the Lodge in due course.
